Culture as the heart of Social Sustainability

IMG_7472 (2) (edited)

Why

How can social sustainability become a strategic pillar and the foundation of a resilient company culture rooted in human relationships? How do we move beyond formal roles to connect internal and external stakeholders—executives, sustainability managers and HR—around a shared mission that aligns and strengthens a distinctive, attractive culture?

What

Through immersive, experiential sessions we cultivate new ways of relating: presence, nonjudgemental listening and embodied practice. Practical training, reflective work and joint behavioural exercises are guided by a cocreated vision. Culture diagnostics identify strategic “acupuncture” points for targeted interventions. As a result, 23 CEOs and senior executives are committed to translate the shared vision into concrete actions and lasting ways of working.

Who

This project is an ongoing, multiyear partnership with an Italian familyowned industrial group — a global leader in steel production — operating 15 manufacturing plants in northern Italy and employing over 1,200 people.
