Developing skills from Parenthood
Becoming a parent is often the most challenging moment in a professional life — and also one of the most transformative. Rather than seeing parental leave as an absence from work, this project reframes it as a “competenceboosting” period that fosters maturity, resilience and new relational skills. Recognising and valuing these capacities can unlock significant personal and organisational benefits.
We support parents of children (0–18) in translating everyday parenting experiences into concrete leadership behaviours. Through group coaching labs, individual coaching sessions and targeted webinars, we create a courageous, regenerative colearning community where experiential learning, presence and an ecosystemic approach turn parenting challenges into enhanced professional skills.
A multiyear initiative launched with an Italian familyowned global manufacturer of energy systems (including biogas cogeneration and RNG conversion), with over 1,000 employees across 20 countries.
