Activate the future business
We foster the awareness and inner development of young leaders, trusting future generations as stewards of regeneration—able to sense, respond, and co-create futures where life thrives.
Afuture has created Regenerative Circles for young leaders to:
– Grow the capacity to bring their highest self into the world.
– Actively engage in the living systems they are part of—organizations, communities, ecosystems.
– Become catalysts for a life-affirming future.
This is a journey of becoming—unfolding over 6 or 12 months. It invites deep inner work and outer experimentation: through self-inquiry, the emergence of conscious leadership, life-affirming practices, and peer learning. Participants actively practice new ways of being, relating, and leading.
The purpose is to activate a regenerative orientation or develop a concrete initiative that participants can implement in their organizations or entrepreneurial ventures. Sessions take place in small circles of 8–10 participants, held in person and enriched by off-site experiences. Each circle is a living system—evolving through the contributions and relationships of its members.
Young leaders aged 20–32 in early entrepreneurial phases or within organizations ready to embrace them as catalysts—driving regenerative, future-fit practices.
