In the past, leaders could go far by being experts on their companies and industry. But this is no longer enough. We need self-aware leaders with a healthy mindset, who are visionary and able to stretch themselves and their organisations to serve a purpose beyond themselves.

What

Our purpose is to amplify the private sector’s role to create value for current and future generations, in a holistic and collaborative way. We raise the awareness of leaders and we speed up the creation of future-proof business. We motivate leaders to act and support them and their organisations in all stages of this transformational journey.

 

By leaders we mean leaders of today as well as future generations. Through cross-sector partnerships we co-create programs and initiatives for and with both children, youth and young professionals ensuring that transformation takes place in an inclusive, efficient and systematic way.

 

Our work can take many forms – from tailored board & management team support and experimental workshops on inclusion, to introducing crucial life skills in basic and university education and social challenges hackathons for youth. Our programs are built around three interconnected areas:

Illuminate

Transformation starts with awareness. We create a bridge of meaning between where we are now and how we got there. Together we transform active mutual listening and profound observation of reality into generative dialogue. Then we imagine the future we wish to see and identify the models, thinking and behaviours we will need to get there. How big is the gap? What needs to change?

Transform

Within the sustainability-driven transformation that is reshaping business we have a strong focus on the human side, arguing that we won’t capture the opportunities and benefits of frameworks, regulations, methodologies and processes if we are not equipped with the skills and mindsets to use them effectively.

Engage & Sustain

Transformation management isn’t a one and done process, and the go-live isn’t the end of our change journey, it’s the beginning. Through global platforms and networks we amplify the impact towards sector and societal transformation, with an eye to new emerging needs, and with people remaining in constant focus.
