Student empowering spaces

For contemplation, experimentation and honest conversation

How

Why

A masters degree should also be about figuring out who you are, what motivates you, how you face challenges and adapt, and who you want to become as a person. Universities have a unique role in fostering leaders equipped for the challenges ahead. By weaving the Inner Development Goals (IDGs) Framework into their fabric, they can nurture qualities essential for tackling complex issues. Through curricular integration, experiential learning, and inclusive environments, universities have the possibility to empower students to transform themselves and the world around them.

What

In a personal and non-judging session, and with guidance from the Inner development Goals Framework, we offered Master students the possibility to gain new perspectives and insights about themselves. Together we actively created the much needed space for self and group reflection on how to develop trust, personal connection, courage etc.

Who

The experimental workshop was held with with students from POLIMI Graduate School of Management in Sustainable Management & CSR, and initiated by professor Diletta di Marco, who is an active change maker within the Inner Developmetn Goals Community Hub Milan.
