Why

The challenges we face cannot be solved by the same kind of thoughts, beliefs, and actions that once created them. Personal development is the prerequisite. Afuture, being the IDG Milan Community Hub of the international initiative Inner Development Goals (IDGs), embraces the IDGs to transform education and equip today’s students with the skills, capacities and mindsets to shape their own future.

What

We are mobilizing a movement to equip leaders of tomorrow with inner growth. Recently, we organized a webinar with speakers from the University of Bologna, Stockholm School of Economics, and Oxford University SDG Impact Lab to learn from university programs already embracing Inner development, learning from their innovative practices.

Who

The IDGs has co-creation at its center, harnessing constant input and learnings from members of the IDG Milan Community Hub as well as from experts, scientists, practitioners and organisations around the world. Together we commit to creating awareness, to co-learning from effective ways to increase inner development in the world of higher education.
