Unlock the Hidden
Value of Inclusion

Optimize Resilience, Performance
and Business Outcomes

Why

The increased number of disclosure rules is a window of opportunity for you to unlock the business value embedded in inclusion and avoid the ‘washing-related’ risks. To do this, your company needs to have a clear understanding of why this is important for you and have the courage to be humble and open to behavioural change. More and more companies are becoming aware of this opportunity and work in a proactive, holistic and long-term way with DE&I.

What

We have done research on the DE&I practices of 50 of Italy’s biggest employers, looking into ways businesses are unleashing new value and building more resilient organisations. We also developed a unique roundtable in Italy with panelists actively listening and sharing their personal perspectives on the value of inclusion for business and society.

Who

Our research project was the start of a unique collaboration with Lundquist, allowing us to support companies on DE&I with a holistic approach. Irene Marta Brusini, a young visionary researcher, Carlo Albini, a uniquely genuine top executive (Enel), and Laura Cavatorta (Snam, Inwit & Unieuro), a courageous and inspiring board woman, together illustrated what it takes to unleash everyone’s unique potential during our seminar.
